Who do YOU want to see in CFM?
I don’t wanna call anyone out, but we’ve gotta couple 🐐 in here. We ALL get an upgrade when we get talented Flames to visit or join our community… …With 1000 members we’ve got some pull. Let’s leverage it!! Who would you ❤️ to learn and upgrade your skillz from in here? I’ll see if I can get ‘em for us! Seriously! Rooting for Ya, Travis

$9 HOBBIE plan
I dunno your financial sitch? But the 9 Skool plan is a HOBBIE plan. If you’re wanting to run a community as a hobbie, then it’s perfect. Or if you just want to see if Skool is easy enough for you to use…start out on it. But… If you want your community to pay your bills? Get on the business plan ASAP. The hobbie plan costs you WAY more in lost sales, members and more. Not having the affiliate option alone can cost $1000s per MONTH! Always invest in LEVERAGE! Leverage COMPOUNDS and grows your community and income while you sleep. You need leverage the MOST when you are STARTING your community. It’s like getting a rocket 🚀 off the launch pad. Most of the effort and fuel is spent getting it off the pad and breaking through the atmosphere. Does that make sense? One member invites another member and then that member invites TEN and so on. You need that EARLY on..not when you already have 500 members. I’m so proud of all the action I see y’all taking. I want you to get a truckload of results from a thimbleful of effort… You Must Use Leverage! Or you’ll stay on the launch pad 😔 Rooting for Ya, Travis

Paid vs Free when starting community?
I'm leaning towards paid when starting my group about weight loss is a mind game. I think it will reduce the number of trolls and bots when there's even a minimal paywall. Do you know if this is true? But, I'm also considering having it be free for the first 30 "founders". For 31 -100 people, $2.22/month. Then, after 100, increase the price to $9.99/mo

Tiers is brilliant.
Once they join the community they can't leave
Maybe I'm the last person to realize this? Unlike a buyers email list... Where someone can buy something from you and then unsubscribe from your list (because they've got access to their product through Kajabi or Clickfunnels portals) ... If we deliver our courses in the classroom? Folks have to stay in the group to keep access to the courses they bought. So they're effectively always 'on our list'. Reason #50-11 why a Skool community beats an email list if you can only build one or the other? (But you should build both.)

@Janna Skroch Bummer. I have never had that happen to my knowledge. But I could not tell you cause too many courses bought.

Great point! I don't even want courses that are not in Skool anymore.
