Season was in the fall. It went great! We made it to 2nd round of playoffs and I got player of the year. Currently doing indoor soccer and club starts in 3 weeks.
Quick Question ❓
What recruiting platform are you using right now? NCSA, FieldLevel, SportsRecruits, something else… or none at all? What are some of the pros and cons of the platform? Drop the name below 👇

NCSA
X1 camps
Has anyone heard about the X1 camps by EXACT sports? I keep getting invites but I can't tell if its going to be worth it to go or if it is just a money grab.

I went to one last year and it was great! There are multiple different college coaches at them.
Injury Prevention Week 2 (Strong Knees)
Here are 3 knee prehab exercises every soccer player should be doing before season starts (during season post coming soon). #1 Split Squat - Builds single leg strength → better force absorption → less knee stress. #2 Single Leg Calf Raises - Your calves help control knee load AND protect the Achilles. #3 Hop to Stick - Teaches the knee to accept force safely. This one is huge for ACL and patellar tendon health. These exercises should be done 2-3x a week in pre season. Who has been doing these movements? Comment below 👇🏼

🧠 Mental Training: How Top Players Handle Adversity (And Why Most Don’t)
Every player hits adversity — bad game, getting subbed, losing confidence, injury, coach not rating you. The difference isn’t who has adversity… It’s how players respond to it. Elite players use a simple framework: 1️⃣ They separate the event from the identity Bad game ≠ bad player. One mistake ≠ losing your spot. Most players blend the two together and fall apart mentally. 2️⃣ They zoom in, not out Average players try to fix EVERYTHING at once. Top players pick one controllable action they can win today: - Win your 1v1 duels - Talk more - Sprint back on transition - Demand the ballSmall wins rebuild confidence faster than “motivation.” 3️⃣ They don’t hide Adversity makes most players disappear — fewer touches, less involvement, safer choices. High-level players do the opposite: 👉 They increase involvement. Getting on the ball more is how you break out of a slump. 4️⃣ They shorten the slump Everyone struggles. Elite players just struggle for shorter periods of time because they have a process. Your question today: 👉 When you hit adversity, what’s the FIRST thing that usually changes in your game? Comment below — we’ll break down how to fix it.
