I would like to learn more about injury prevention

@Jonny Moreno I have sprained my ankle and possibly fractured my foot but nothing worse than that thankfully. I have a lot of friends and teammates though who have already tore their acl or meniscus this year and it makes me curious how its prevented and how it happens because it seems really common in my area
