Hello, My name is Sheila, I live in Suffolk Virginia and I AM the host of EssenceinU youtube channel and Podcast on Apple and Spotify (Just started those two). My intention is to show and teach that the essence of source/God is within us for everything we need. I am a energy healer, empath, clairsentient and clairaudient.
