Hello!! have a property in Kings Mountain NC , 3 BR 2BA brick 1800 sf. Seller says new roof and gutters, unfinished basement, 14 trees removed and stump grinded, good windows, H/A. He said if he finishes with the reno, he will list the house for 359k. the comps around the area dont reflect. He said he would consider an offer of 200k needs new floor, painting, and cabinet updates. Would you be interested in 50/50 if numbers look attractive. 0 Reply

Hey Ty, just checking if you had a chance to analyze that property i sent you. the address is 201 cleveland ave, kings mountain, nc. seller would consider 200k . has new roof and gutters 3/2. vacant, 1800 sf on 1 acre lot. good windows, H/A. Needs new flooring, painting, cabinet updates. house built 1930. thank you. your thoughts.

Does anyone know where to find virtual assistants? I need some help with finding properties, deals and cold calls while I’m at work. My new schedule doesn’t allow me to do what I need to do to find deals so now I need extra hands.
