1. Im currently throwing in Singapore 2. Current competition PR: 138ft Training PR: 152ft 3. 2025 goal: 165ft 4. I am currently working on getting over the left and having a wide sweep with my right leg. Secondly, is my finish, I keep pulling/leaning to the left.
