The challenge of being "too productive"
I have had a number of clients who have been challenged with the mindset of always needing to be "on" and "productive". Their inability to set strong boundaries between work, play, basic responsibilities, and honoring their body's limitations was the very first, and foremost concern. Because if you push a person to work beyond their capacity, there comes a point when they crack. So I ask you, my fellow students: "What do you do to ensure you are balancing work, play, basic responsibilities, and body limitations (sleep, exercise, nourishment, etc)?"

I've learned how to truly respect myself, the biblical principle of Sabbath, and not let work or the need to be "doing something" to control my life. It took repetitive mindset shifting to appreciate and find real value in rest, play, and whatever else is needed along with working. All are needed to be whole. I woke up one day and thought about how I wanted to be and feel when it's my time to leave, and being a burnt-out workaholic who didn't seriously enjoy all life has to offer wasn't on the list.
New funnel working
finally got my new funnel to kick in yesterday. Based upon my book. 5 leads already. Adding to my starting funnel of about 2-3 /day. Results of original funnel: 5 months -350 leads, 10% multiple downloads, 14% bad numbers , 4.3% booked calls of which 66% were no shows, 4 invoiced, 1 paid. Paid client highly appreciative and will provide a great testimonial. Doing the Work

Is it ok to talk about it?
Last week, we spent three days together at the New Year, New You workshop. And once again, something really interesting showed up. We talked about habits. Identity. Patterns. Why change feels hard… even when you really want it. And no matter what the topic was, be it health, confidence, productivity, relationships… one thing kept sitting quietly in the background. Money. Not in the “how to make more of it” sense. But in the way people think about it. Because here’s what I’ve learned after years of doing this workshop… What you believe about money quietly shapes your decisions. Your habits. Your stress levels. Your confidence. And even what you think is “possible” for you. Most people don’t realise this. They think they have a motivation problem. Or a discipline problem. Or a consistency problem. When in reality… They have a mindset pattern they’ve never been taught to question. And just like habits, these patterns are learned. And the good news about that it that it means they can be changed. Now, let me be clear. I’m not talking about becoming obsessed with money. Or chasing flashy success. Or pretending mindset alone pays the bills. I’m talking about understanding the relationship you have with money and whether it’s helping you move forward… or quietly holding you back. Because what I saw last week was this… The moment people became aware of their patterns, real change started happening. And that same awareness applies just as powerfully to money. Over the next day or so, I want to explore this with you a little more. No pressure. No hype. Just insights that can help you think differently and make better decisions going into the rest of this year. So keep an eye on your inbox. We’re just getting started.

Yes! This is so important.
I am starting, but have already gain a lot.
Even though I am just starting, practically, I am gaining a lot. I can't do everything, but taking a step at a time. I need to believe that is what it takes. Hope!

Starting is the main hump. You've got that part out of the way; now on to good old baby steps if necessary. I'm in turtle mode on some things, and I'm good with that. Even turtles get to where they are going in due time. Let's go!!
