I would formly like to introduce myself, I am Shay ;some know me as soft hearted even Shay Bay. I am a seeker of knowledge as well as a lover of quantum physics and science. I am a mother of three, as well as a motivator of faith. This community was created to be a safe haven not only to me, a fellow cancerian but other cancerians; who are looking for find a sense of belongings, community, and family. How do we manage our time, energy and mental space during the moon energies as well as retrogrades and shifts on this planet?

I definitely resonate with what u said, Alot of what you said I use the same concepts. Powering through actually makes what's supposed to be learned Alot harder because sometimes the lesson being asked to understand is just being. I like to use those times to reset, reflect and regnerate. A good nap, prayer and meditation along with a good book. Tea time as well as finding good wholesome recipes.Those are usually the times I like to do research on randomly things my mind goes too, as well as journaling whatever emotions come up. Mobility is very limited in those times but sometimes I do feel and peek in energy and in those moments are when music becomes of me and dancing clears any left over emotions I am not able to process within that time. 😂 I'm so big on crying ..and letting it out .. and even tho for some that's not fun.. I always feel a sense of safety and calm after a good cry.
