Introduction!
Hi everyone, I’m Brianna 🌙✨ I’m on a journey to reconnect with my true self, my energy, and my feminine power. I’ve realized I’ve been living in survival mode for a while, and I’m ready to create space for softness, healing, and alignment in my life. Spiritually, I feel deeply guided by my Scorpio sun, Cancer moon, and a Capricorn rising I believe. However, I’m drawn to experiences that help me feel more in tune with my intuition, my body, and my inner light. I’m excited to be part of this community to explore, grow, and share this journey with others who are also seeking connection, clarity, and a deeper sense of self. Nice to meet you all -Bri 💗

For me personally, Dancing is a form of meditation because it naturally puts me in a space where I’m not overthinking. I’m just feeling. Like, when I’m dancing, I’m not stuck in my head stressing about everything going on. I’m in my body. I’m present. I’m letting the music move through me instead of trying to control everything, and that alone feels like peace. It’s similar to something like yoga but for me it feels more freeing and expressive. I don’t have to be still or quiet to be connected. I can simply move, release, and still be grounded at the same time. Also, dancing helps me let go of emotions I don’t even have words for. Whether it’s frustration, sadness, or even just built-up energy, I can literally move it out of my body. That release is what makes it feel healing… like I’m clearing space within myself. And when I’m really in it, it’s like everything else fades. Time doesn’t matter, my thoughts slow down, and I just feel aligned. That’s what meditation is supposed to do, bring you back to yourself and dancing does exactly that for me, just in a more natural, soft way.
Fasting Experience
I hope everyone has had an amazing day. And that Saturday was filled with nothing but love and laughter. Today was my final day completing a 3-day fast, and man!! It definitely was a challenge. I have not fasted in years, and this was such a beautiful journey. This was something I had been wanting to do for weeks, and with many attempts, I finally made it through those 72 hours, and my taste buds were so grateful to touch some fresh fruits, yogurt, and granola! Complete heaven, I shall say! LOL. The reason behind this fast was that I personally felt the universe wanted me to and that my body needed a reset. I have been going through so many challenges spiritually and mentally, and at a certain point, it became very overwhelming. I also recently went on vacation and surrounded myself with nature and the breeze from the ocean itself, man, was that the grounding I needed. My nervous system hasn't been so calm like that in a long time. I personally feel like sometimes I am living life in complete airplane mode. What did Dory say in Finding Nemo? "Just keep swimming!" That is me..swimming and trying to stay afloat. This fast has definitely helped me reconnect with my spirit and has given me a lot of clarity that I needed. Before this and my trip, I felt as though I was battling who I am internally and who I am in the present moment in life. As if my soul has been calling out to me and yearning to be free from the shackles that this world sometimes has us in. But our beautiful world has been speaking to me and many ways, calling out and showing me what this world has really been about, and giving me the love that I feel has been missing. I've been feeling so loved, so blessed, so eternally grateful, as she is guiding me towards my true self and what I deserve and who I am and what I came to this earth to experience. My path is going to change, and I feel it, but I shall walk in the steps the universe has prepared for me, and with the love and light I have been gifted, and I shall not dim her no more.
