Welcome to Our Free Access Members 👋
We’re excited to welcome our new Free Access Members into the community. As a Free Member, you can still be part of the conversation. You’ll be able to view community posts, like posts, respond to discussions, and ask questions or make requests inside the community. The main difference is that Free Access does not include the courses inside the Classroom. Our Classroom contains the deeper educational material, protocols, lessons, step-by-step guidance, and more structured support. Access to those resources is reserved for Premium Members. Premium members also receive more in-depth responses, greater access to educational material, and additional support when asking questions or requesting guidance. So whether you’re here on the Free plan or Premium plan, you’re welcome here. Participate, ask questions, share your experience, and learn from the community. If at any point you want access to the full Classroom and the additional Premium benefits, you can upgrade your membership. Welcome aboard. I’m glad to have you here.

@Maurice Daher Thank you very much! I meant every word. I will implement the increased, better distributed water intake as best as I can - it's a matter of being able to steal away from my desk for bathroom runs - when I'm at work I'm cranking in top gear and all of a sudden, it's time to leave and my SS water jug is untouched. My energy always has been and remains good, but I will pay attention to the overnight sleep cycle when my OMAD is late. I did neglect to mention in the initial post that two of the three late OMAD days also coincide with 5:00 pm workout sessions with our ELDOA trainer; the third is due to work. The other four days I work out solo early to mid afternoon and eat immediately afterward. Oftentimes when I wake up in the middle of the night (not due to cramps) I'm instantly wide awake and think it's time to get up. My daily routine is up at 4:45 am (so it's dark anyway) and reading before (red) lights out by 8:00 or 8:30 pm. Have always loved being an early riser. To date the fastest way to fall back asleep is by listening to a no-brainer podcast on airplane mode and red screen. Not keen on that habit but so far it's what's the most successful. Mid-night reading via red bulb lamp wakes me up fully and for far too long. I do have some of the Raw unflavored LMNT electrolyte packets, but have consumed maybe 4 this year and didn't notice a difference, and choking them down was particularly unpleasant, so they sit unused. After an in-depth web search (clean sea salt - mineral content - cramp relief) I started using Baja Gold for plating and noted a marked lessening in # of episodes as well as severity of overnight cramping compared to when we used Fleur de sel, Celtic sel de mer, Eden celtic, Maldon's, etc. (I have no relationship with any brand I might mention, just sharing what's helped me.). I use very little salt to dry brine and to plate, nowhere near as much as when I started carnivore. Once again, sorry so long! 🫢

Perfect day, up & at 'em pre-dawn, work hard, move heavy things, water, fire, ribeye, read, repeat. Flexible but don't necessarily own the movements.
