🎥 🚀 Beyond Apex: My Top 3 (Recording Available)
Thanks to everyone who joined today's session! We took a look beyond Apex and explored my top three funded futures firms: GOAT Funded Futures, My Funded Futures, and Tradeify. If you couldn't make it or you'd like to revisit the discussion, the recording is now available. In this session, we covered: - Why it's worth diversifying beyond a single funded firm - The account types offered by each firm - Key rules and differences to consider - Which firms I prefer for manual trading vs. automated trading - The pros and cons of each based on my own experience Whether you're just getting started with funded accounts or looking to expand beyond Apex, I hope this session helps you make a more informed decision. As always, if you have additional questions after watching the replay, feel free to post them in the community. I'm happy to help. See you at the next session! — Coach Stephen

@Stephen Gerald Onyia Thank you for the quick response! I'll go back and look at the info on those algos and try one of them.

Thank you all for the help with this! I just changed it to Strat A. I'll see how it goes.
The power and protection of scaling with low risk
Why invest in a few accounts to add to the algo each month? Because tiny risk can achieve this in one trade when it's multiplied by many accounts.

@Tana Whicker I know you have answered our questions a bunch of times. You set your average risk size to $100? And if I remember you set your Daily Loss Limit to $200?

@Tana Whicker Thank you for sharing. Really appreciate it!
Last Son Indicator error
I keep getting the little red exclamation error on the last son indicator when I turn it on during market hours. 95% of the time its there when I turn it on. I am not sure if I need to upgrade to the paid plan for it to work or if this would still be an issue. Is anyone else getting this error as well? Thank you

@Nicole Vilaca that is an issue with too many indicators are running based on the purchased plan you are on. If you turn off one or more, you’ll be able to turn on that indicator. For example, my TradingView plan allows for five indicators running at one time. I have more than 5 loaded into my TradingView, but I just need to turn on and off to stay at my five on at one time. Hope that makes sense.
Trading today on red day
Im curious who here traded today and what the results were? If anyone is willing to share I would be curious. I turned off my algos today after a red event a few weeks ago lost for me

@Nicole Vilaca i did the same thing on my algos. Turned them all off. Same with tomorrow as it’s the Non-Farm Employment report release that got me last month.

@Glenn Lee do you have your DLL set to $200 also? I set mine at $200 so I don’t lose too much when the algo just isn’t doing well with market moves.
Trading This Week
Curious who will not trade Wednesday and Thursday due to the stock market “red folder” days? I for one will turn off the algos for sure those two days. Learned my lesson a couple of weeks ago during the last red folder days.

@Glenn Lee I go to www.forexfactory.com and then use the filters to show red folders and grey. The red folders show the major things that can affect trading. The grey folders are typically things like observed holidays or bank holidays when the market is closed or has reduced hours. Some prop firms have rules about trading during/minutes before & after major trading events. Always be sure to review your prop firm’s rules regarding trading during events. Plus it is always smart to know when the market is going to close early so you don’t get stuck with a trade open after market closes.
