When volume on the December contract is higher than volume on the September. Generally second week of September this happens

Help on a fair trade run

OK, got a question for the community. I need a lil help when it comes to using the long/short tool. How much of the Red(stop loss) do I adjust to give my trade a fair time to play out. Win or loss is not my concern(I pray for more wins of course, Lol) I'm just looking for approximate to allow the trade a fair run. Thanks in advance family.

That’s not necessarily the right way to think about it. A better thought process is “what point on the chart would likely invalidate my trade setup?” Stop should go there
