Shawn. 32. Fort Hood, Texas. Wife: Taci. Dog: Bear, 4(ish) year old Brittany we rescued in 2022. Just joined the group and the 1st phorm app at the start of the year. It’s cliche but my overall goal is that I just want to be consistent this year. I love to run and cycle. This year I’d like to also fall in love with strength training. Written out goals: sub 1:50 13.1, sub 7 hour 50k, 500 AFT score.
