I tend to keep myself very busy and void of distractions. Dare I say a workaholic. Not that I don’t take time to enjoy the fruits of my labor. But recently I’ve discovered the value of being still. To connect with myself and get an energetic tune up. How do you take time to be still?
@Dorothy Marshall For me, I do all I can to avoid procrastination. I always have the mindset that there’s always something that can be done so just do it. I rarely put things off. I feel as though I’m trying to free up time but in reality I just fill it with something else. But to just sit and breath and reflect and connect, that is a practice.
