Challenge
Peace
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something I'd never put into words: the "positivity" I keep chasing around me is really about protecting the space inside me. So much of my energy goes into what someone said or what someone made me feel. Turns out wanting peace of mind is really about wanting my own mind back.
COURAGE
Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I always called it laziness that I can't make myself learn the language here, but I actually used the word "courage" without noticing - and that changed everything. Turns out the thing I keep trying to "see my way out of" was never a knowledge problem. It's deeper than that.
Just started….
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something. That deep jealousy I have never been able to explain is connected to how my mind works. The people I love are the rare thing that quiets the noise in my head. I also saw that the alcohol and skipping school at 16 was not me being "wrong," it was me trying to slow my brain down.
