Launch Party Meeting Replay! 🄳
Hey Offer Launchers! Check out the replay of today's meeting. I'm hoping to have 1-2 meetings like this every month. @Isabelle Lesschaeve offered some good feedback about the community being public. After watching let me know your thoughts. I have some ideas on how help people who don't want to make their reflection posts public if you feel the same way. The meeting replay is inside of a new course in the classroom. It's where you'll find useful resources, extra lessons and meeting replays. Btw, I wore my hat!! šŸ˜„ Watch the replay here.

I hope to be able to make these soon. I have not made the progress I would like on my offers. I love the hat and your background picture, too. I also do not want reflection posts to be public.

@Mona Weathers Awesome! Thank you.
🟢 Offer Stacking 101 Discussion & Questions
Use the response questions below to document your offer stack, your ideal customer journey, and your next best offer. This isn’t busywork — it’s how you turn ideas into a clear, repeatable income path. These questions are located at the end of each course lesson for: Offer Stacking 101 1ļøāƒ£ It Starts With the Client Journey - Which stage are most of your current audience members in? - Where do you think you’ve been selling too far ahead? - What problem are people actually trying to solve right now? 2ļøāƒ£ Designing Each Layer of the Offer Stack - Which layer is your current offer actually serving? - Do you have any offers competing with each other? - Where is the gap in your stack right now? 3ļøāƒ£ From Offer Stack to Launch System - What offer fits your audience’s current stage best? - What would the next logical step be after that? - What could you stop selling — or pause — for now? Once you complete these questions take a moment to celebrate progress! šŸ‘‡ šŸŽ‰ You’ve Completed the Mini-Course Take a second to acknowledge this. You didn’t just consume information — you slowed down enough to think, reflect, and make decisions about what comes next. That matters more than finishing fast. You now have more clarity than when you started, and that’s the real win. You don’t need to have every step mapped out yet. Choose one small action, take it, and let confidence catch up. Well done. šŸ‘ Now go launch your next offer! šŸš€

The 5-Stage Client / Customer Journey People don’t buy everything at once.They buy what makes sense next. 1. Awarenessā€œI think I have a problem.ā€ 2. Clarityā€œWhat exactly is wrong?ā€ 3. Initial Actionā€œLet me try something small.ā€ 4. Commitmentā€œI want a real solution.ā€ 5. Refinement / Growthā€œI want better results, faster.ā€ Your offer stack should meet people where they are — not where you wish they were. What are the best practices, ie most effective and successful, that allow me to further refine my awareness of where folks are? Idea One, just post this as a poll in my community, is my first idea. The vast majority in my community know where they have a problem, and list an area they want to improve in in the initial membership questions. Typically, a small handful of people who have their own community or are working in the health space, do not admit they have any area to improve on. Very closed minded and a signal to me that they are in my group for the wrong reasons. . I've been improving myself and life through holistic health for decades and will always have a place I am learning more and optimizing. Some are in the let me try something small. I think most a significant #, 10-15% minimally are in I want a real solution. With at least 5% of those wanting better, faster results. Though this is my impression from their posts and interests, not numbers per say.
šŸš€ Getting Launch-Ready: Discussion & Questions
As you move through this course, use this post as your place to pause and reflect. Each lesson includes reflection questions — come back here after each one and add your thoughts as you go. You don’t need to answer everything at once. This is meant to be a living check-in you can return to throughout the course. There are no ā€œrightā€ answers. The goal is clarity, awareness, and forward movement — not perfection. Share what feels helpful. Keep the rest private. You can always come back and update your answers as things click. These questions are located at the end of each course lesson for: Phase1- Getting Launch-Ready ā–¶ļøŽTip: Copying this whole list of questions and paste into a comment below so you can come back to as you move through the lessons. 1ļøāƒ£ Why Selling Feels Hard Reflection questions: 1.1 What specifically feels uncomfortable about selling for you right now? 1.2 What does ā€œpreparationā€ look like for you right now — and is it moving you forward? 1.3 What pressure could you release right now that would make selling feel lighter? 2ļøāƒ£ What Counts as a Sellable Offer Reflection questions: 2.1 What is something you’ve already figured out that others are still struggling with? 2.2 What kind of progress could you realistically help someone make? 2.3 Which type of simple offer feels most aligned with you right now? 3ļøāƒ£ Identifying What You Can Sell Right Now Reflection questions: - What patterns do you notice in what people already ask you for help with? - What’s one thing you figured out the hard way that could save someone else time or stress? - What specific problem could you realistically help someone solve right now? 4ļøāƒ£ Choosing ONE Offer to Focus On Reflection questions: - What ideas or offers might you need to temporarily set aside to focus on one? - What would change if you fully committed to just one offer right now? - Which offer are you choosing to move forward with?

@Victoria Moser Victoria, when I started I just felt awkward and unsure of how it would be received. So I pictured the people I knew that wanted to learn what I was going to talk about, who already knew, liked and trusted me, and literally acted like I was talking to them. Gamechanger for me. I still do that.
Wow Offer Launchers… you all are working. šŸ™Œ
I’m genuinely thrilled and proud of you for doing the reflective work. The questions you’re answering are deep work. Even if it doesn’t feel significant right now, this is the kind of thinking that shapes how you move, how you decide, and how you grow from here. I’ll be catching up on your comments today and I’m really excited to read what you wrote. Also… small but mighty update. With only 23 members, this community has already increased its ranking in Discovery because of your engagement. We’re hovering around #2500 in the Money category. 🤯 That doesn’t happen without intentional participation, so thank you. Now for a transparency update. I started this community on the 14-day Pro trial so we could have built-in referral commissions. After looking at the numbers, I’ve decided to downgrade back to the Hobby plan for now. At this stage, the higher monthly cost just doesn’t make sense yet. However, if you use your referral link and someone joins through you, I will absolutely still reward you. It just won’t be through the built-in system. I’ll send commission manually via Amazon gift card or something similar. So keep referring. You can still get paid. I’ll upgrade back to Pro when the timing makes more sense. For now, we build smart, we track data, and we grow intentionally. šŸš€

Normalize Selling in Your Community
Hey Offer Launchers! (LOL… do we like that name? Every good group needs its own identity. It creates culture. And I kind of love that this space has a different vibe from Next Level Fam.) But that’s not actually what this post is about. I shared part of this inside Next Level, but it’s worth repeating—because sometimes we don’t just need new strategies… we need a mindset reset. Here’s the some truth bombing šŸ’£: Sometimes results aren’t our fault. And sometimes… they are. Most of the time? We’re just getting in our own way. If you have a negative mindset around selling, that’s the bottleneck. Not your audience. Not the algorithm. Not the platform. You. If you genuinely have something that serves your people, then selling is a service. Period. It’s not money grabbing. It’s not gatekeeping. It’s not being ā€œsalesy.ā€ It’s service. And that includes having clarity on what to sell and how to sell it. When you truly frame it that way, something shifts. You actually want to sell more—because you understand that selling equals helping. Now let me ground this in reality. Across 7 launches (and relaunches) on Skool—even when I had as few as 44 members—I’ve almost always sold at least one offer during a launch. (First and third launch? No sales. Yep. That happened.) It wasn’t luck. It was how I approached selling. I work the launch with confidence, a heart of service, and a commitment to finish the process—even when it feels uncomfortable. I stay flexible, but I don’t disappear. I complete the launch. And that completion builds trust. Because knowing what to sell isn’t enough. You also have to know how to walk people through the decision process in a clear, repeatable way. Here are some truths you need to understand about selling inside a community: • You need to hit all parts of the buyer journey—even if people don’t read every post. • Repetition builds clarity. You must repeat your offer details. • Consistency builds trust.
