Healing from Transverse Myelitis (spinal demyelination causing paralysis), happened 8 months ago. Recovery is slow with nerve damage (neuropathy) but I'm learning how to walk again, it's crazy what your body can do even without feeling. Taking the fully natural route with lots of Tumeric for inflamation, B Complex, Lions Mane, D, etc, etc. Just wondering which panel is the best for me... hoping to confirm the Krypton Mini for deeper healing and a proper sleep schedule, will it reach the spine and nerves? Am I on the right track? Happy to hear another suggestion. 🙏
