I’ve been doing cold outreach. I have done emails DMS and to be honest. I didn’t do at a larger scale, but still I feel like I can’t get clients from cold emails and DMS, so even I tried call calling, but no one answers my phone because I am using Rebtel to call US clinics, maybe they see my Indian number and do not answer the phone. I do not know the actual reason, but it is what it is. Can anyone help me or suggest me a better way to get my first client

I saw the free resources in the GitHub but it has only n8n workflows. Are there any updates for MAKE workflows. Are there any plans on publishing it?
