Welcome to April: The Somatic No
Welcome to a brand new month inside The Frequency House, Housemates. I am wishing every single one of you a beautiful, deeply restorative Equinox season. For the next few weeks, we are dedicating our attention entirely to the concept of Pleasure. To anchor into this state, you must remember that your nervous system is actually a highly refined, beautifully simple binary instrument. It's designed to give you an immediate reading of Truth versus Distortion. When something is completely wrong for you, your body registers it instantly. Watch the full transmission below. 🎧

✨ SHINE!! ✨ "I am so proud of myself for..."
Housemates Think of this thread as us sitting together in a gorgeous lounge, just taking a moment to genuinely celebrate you. Members of the Inner Circle who dial into our monthly Zoom calls already know what time it is. There is a profound magic that happens when we stop shrinking our light. So often, we rush past our own victories. We dilute our joy and bypass the physical sensation of pride, moving straight to the next goal before our nervous system even registers the win. That habit of dimming our wattage stops today. This thread is dedicated entirely to your greatness. Owning your brilliance is not an act of ego. It is a radical declaration of your alignment. When you speak your wins aloud, you give your body permission to hold the frequency of accomplishment without apologizing for a single drop of it. The prompt for this thread is simple: "I am so proud of myself for..." Before you type your response, take a slow, deliberate breath. Notice your physical posture. Roll your shoulders back and let the warmth of your own validation spread through your chest. Whether your victory is a massive lifestyle recalibration, a quiet boundary you successfully maintained, or an emotional shift that finally clicked into place, it belongs right here. Share your triumphs below. I am so deeply proud of the work you are doing, and I cannot wait to celebrate every single one of you.

I am proud of myself for the transformation I have allowed to occur with in myself. The amount of growth to actually not care about how I may look to another person. Recognizing whar mirrors me and what may need refocusing with in me first and honoring that process. I am truly proud of myself deepening and understanding with herbs on an energetic level and where I will be needed in that area of alignment. Not feeling rushed to complete something so sacred so that I give it my full depth.
Celebrating ME! Podcast Interview
I was recently featured on a Reiki podcast where I shared my story from the book I’m an author in, along with parts of my spiritual journey. I’m truly proud of myself and excited to share this moment with you all! If you feel called to support me, I’d love for you to listen, like, and share what resonated with you in the YouTube comments. Thank you 😊 https://youtu.be/1hhXSk5dwWE

The Mirror Question: The Polite Betrayal
We are conditioned to push through physical fatigue and ignore our somatic cues in the name of success or politeness. You sit in rooms with people who drain you, smiling through the interaction while your shoulders creep up to your ears and your breathing becomes shallow. You call it being professional or being a good friend. I call it abandoning yourself. Look at the spaces you occupy on a daily basis. Ask yourself: "Where am I forcing myself to stay in a room, a relationship, or a project that my physical body is actively rejecting?" Where are you overriding a physical "no" just to keep the peace for someone else? Name the specific environment below. Politeness that requires self-abandonment is just betrayal wearing a nice outfit.

I have noticed that I have not been having the bandwidth to tolerate listening to other complaints. I immediately exit if anyone starts to pile up complaints to discuss with me. No thank you. And asking me for my opinion or support and not listening to what is suggested. 😑 Ugh good bye. You are just needing to vent and my space isn’t held for that. So I haven’t been talking to any family members or friends who are always in a low state of mind. I had to limit my conversations with my mom because of this. I always wanted to overextend help to folks that really don’t desire support. Yeah that ship sailed. And for the sake of not hurting people’s feelings, I quieted myself often. Im not doing that anymore either. If you can’t handle the truth don’t ask me.
The Sensory Check-in: The Heavy Drop
We close the first few days of the Pleasure Protocol by returning to the absolute baseline of your architecture. Before you can begin to trust your somatic intuition, you must clear the static out of your nervous system. Most of you are navigating your luxurious lives while wearing invisible armor. Your shoulders are raised, your breathing is shallow, and your jaw is locked. You are braced for an impact that is not actually happening. A tight, armored body repels wealth and deep connection. It signals to the universe that you are in survival mode. Today, we stand down. Your assignment today is the deliberate, heavy drop. Set a timer for three minutes. Sit in a comfortable chair and physically command your muscles to yield. Let your stomach expand completely. Let your shoulders drop away from your ears. Feel the actual weight of your body sinking into the furniture. Give your nervous system undeniable physical proof that it is safe to exist right now. Post in the comments what your body felt like when you finally let it rest. True sovereignty is always deeply relaxed.
