Fix This Merch: The New-Client Tumbler
You land a new six-month client and send them a nice branded tumbler. Nothing wrong with the tumbler. But the real goal is to make the client feel confident they made the right choice and make the first 30 days easier. So here’s your challenge: what would you change? Would you keep the tumbler and add something tied to onboarding? Replace it completely? Change when it arrives? Tell me what you’d do and why.

@Barbara Hobart It probably wasn't anything about the gift so much as the way it was delivered. The installers handed it over and said, "Here, this is for you!" Had they said, "This is for you. Each item has our contact information on it so that if you every need assistance or servicing you can reach us easily." I would have probably reacted differently.

First off, let's welcome new member @Shannon Boyer. Some of you might know her from The Classifieds. The group that let's you promote your own Skool community. Shannon is also an amazing educator. She recently invited me to be a guest on her podcast: The Art of Online Course Creation. It was loads of fun discussing How to Use Merch to Strategically Expand Your Brand. You can listen to the episode here

@Donna Thornton Likewise! 😊
What Would You Make With a $20 Budget?
A paid business community wants to reward members who complete a 30-day implementation sprint. Budget: $20 per person. About 50 members will earn it each quarter. The product needs to feel earned, connect to what they accomplished and ideally nudge them toward the next step. What would you make? You can choose one product, a small kit, or something completely custom. The only rule: don’t pick it just because it fits the $20 budget. Tell me your idea and the job you think it would do. I’ll weigh in on the strongest ones.
