Heavy rains, flooding, and storms have already claimed at least four lives between 5–7 May, with warnings at Level 6–8 across several provinces. Four lives claimed so far of which one a 12-year-old child. Aditional reports suggest more casualties as conditions worsen. The South African Weather Service (SAWS) is urging everyone to stay safe.
