What Were You Doing 5 Years Ago?
Wow, we've grown by more than 50 members this week. Welcome to all of you who recently joined the Society. I thought it would be a great for us to get to know each other a little better. What were you doing 5 years ago vs. today? And how is your life different because of any changes you made intentionally or unintentionally? I was deep in corporate marketing with zero plan to leave. Now I run my portfolio businesses from my couch. Your turn.

5 years ago I was a technical trainer. I was extremely burnt out. I started writing on Substack in 2024 at first to process my thoughts and experiences, then I left that job for a Sr. Staff development trainer role and love it! I’m still writing on Substack but it’s not monetized
Any Good Reads?
What's one book, podcast, or show that changed how you think? Mine is The One Thing by Gary Keller. The big takeaway for me was that there's always a long to-do list, but the move is to prioritize the things that make everything else easier or faster. To this day, I wake up every morning and pick one to three tasks that do exactly that. It basically helps me get out of my own way. What's yours? And what stayed with you from it?

Mine is the Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. The main realization for me was the upper limit problem that was keeping me from being able to handle more good coming into my life

Who's Winning?
Let's hear a win. Big or small — a new paid subscriber, a Note that took off, your first dollar, someone replying to say your work mattered. Post it below. Two reasons: you should mark the moment, and someone in here who needs to see "this is possible" is about to scroll past your comment.

How’s this: I teach women with hard-earned credentials and nowhere left to climb. I show them how to turn their expertise into income they own using offer design rooted in behavioral science, not borrowed bro‑marketing.
