I just hit 10,000 subscribers on Substack. It feels like a big and very personal milestone because it represents all of the heart I've poured into building my portfolio business and newsletter audience. It also represents my commitment to helping people stop depending on one paycheck, one client, one platform, or one product. I looked at the poll where I asked you guys where you are on your Substack journey, and many of you are struggling to grow. I'm sharing this news today as encouragement and to show that anything is possible when you put your mind to it, including getting 10,000 subscribers. Download the map below. 2. Find the stage that describes where you are today. Be honest, not aspirational. 3. Look one stage to the right and work towards moving to that stage. If you don't know how, check the classroom for the course that aligns with what you need most. That's it. Don't build ahead, don't build three income streams at once, and don't skip a milestone because the next stage looks more exciting. Skipping stages is how creators end up with five half-built income streams and no paycheck.
