I concur. We’ve been at it for 12 years now but have made two multi state moves. We’re starting over again on raw land hoping this is where we can really dig in some roots and make a place for our children to add onto and/or stay. Starting over is daunting but we have a vision.

I just bought the course (missed it last week but the price was still adjusted; I hope that’s ok 🫣). I need a few days to watch some of the course but afternoons are usually good for me. During the week or on Sunday after church.

In Central Alabama I’m guessing high thermal mass would be more beneficial than high insulation. Totally ready to stand corrected, if needed!

There’s also mold/mildew on the shady side of my vinyl mobile home in Central Alabama. This is encouraging to hear because it seems to me the cob would deal with the moisture more naturally and effectively.
