Hi lovelies, inspired by our group sessions this week, we have been reminded of how fundamental the 3x3 'reclaim your attention' activity is. (Especially as the world goes more mad!) There are a few who have committed to a 9 day challenge - 3x3 for 9 days in a row. Who would like to join? Current and past Treasures' are welcome 🤗 You could be in bed and start movement there, then find your stillness, and then roll over and write for the last. Note: the order is up to you. The original directions were 1.write, 2. move, 3. still. But it is clear there are other orders that work also. See how you go and please share what order you are working with. Much love as always 🌹
