Prompts for Possibilities
Hello everyone! I hope you had a wonderful week ☺️ For those of you who engaged with the activity last Friday, I have created a special prompt for each of you. Prompt 1: Life Audit & Priority Planner for @Llinos Owen Prompt 2: Resilience Reset for @Lisa Nichols Prompt 3: 2026 Mindset for @Shana Burg One of my frameworks is called Sponge and Squeeze, and it has to do with learning and creating in whichever rhythm fits you best, so I built a prompt around that to guide your strategy Llinos. For Lisa I prepared a prompt that will acknowledge what you have gone through and guide you on the path ahead with both reflection and resilience. And Shana, I created a prompt that will help you close this chapter and focus on next steps, with creations you can take into the new year to keep you on track. Good luck, have fun and let me know how they went :) Architect Anna

I just did the mindset prompt. It is SOOO good. I am going to print out the result and keep it by my computer so I can refer back daily. It's that good. I encourage everyone to try it.
December Check-in
How are you feeling about the last month of 2025? What would be most helpful for you at this time? 1. A really exciting New Year's Resolution Prompt 2. A holiday stress management Prompt 3. A discipline encouragement and reframe Prompt 4. or something else? Let me know, and I'd be happy to create it for you to help you get the most out of the next month! Wishing you all the best and hoping you had a lovely week! Architect Anna

@Lisa Nichols I’m so sorry. Hard times here too in 2025 but finally feel the tide turning and excited for 2026. How about a pep talk prompt that is based on reality and entering the new year with the right mindset. Actually, maybe this should be a podcast topic and not a prompt. Anyway, Lisa, better days are coming. Believe!
Taking a Break
As we get closer to the end of the year, don't forget to take breaks and look after yourself! Today I'm flying to Germany to see my sister for Thanksgiving, and I'm completely disconnecting for the next few days. So I'm posting this a day early to make sure I still say hi! ☺️ I want to make sure to sprinkle a bit of value before I hop on the plane, so if you are doing any holiday shopping or taking advantage of Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals, I've got something that will help. OpenAI released a shopping research assistant in ChatGPT. I gave it a try yesterday and was able to describe in detail what I was looking for, and it gave me pretty ideal results. It took me through a series of multiple-choice questions to gather further context, had me decide which options might be suitable, and then shared some products with me. It was great! Plus, you can add follow-up questions or interest points if it's not quite right. I've provided the link below, and I hope that helps with some of your shopping and gift-giving endeavours! Introducing shopping research in ChatGPT | OpenAI Click the link on the page to try it out in your ChatGPT For any of you celebrating Thanksgiving, I hope you have a wonderful time with your friends and family, and to everyone else, I hope the rest of your week and weekend are relaxing and productive! See you next week! Don't forget to take breaks, stay hydrated, and have a bit of fun along the way! Architect Anna

Have a great trip! Disconnecting is great for productivity— I’ve seen the research—it’s a fact. And thanks for the hot tip about the shopping assistant
What's holding you back?
Is there anything that you are trying to achieve right now, but it's just not quite working? A good thing to do is to try to identify the culprit! Weekend Homework ☺️ Go into a chatbot and tell it about what you are trying to do, and get it to ask you questions to identify the root cause of what is stopping you from succeeding. Then, once you feel like you've found out exactly what that is, ask it to be a coach to guide you through the process of closing that gap and provide steps you should take over the next 30 days. We are getting close to the end of 2025, but there is still time to set things in motion and start 2026 super strong. Why start New Year's resolutions in January? You can make those changes today. I'd love to know, either currently or in the past, which of the below has been the biggest issue for you to overcome? Fear of failure, lack of self-confidence, a plan, or support, discomfort, skill gaps, money, time? Have a wonderful weekend, and as always, drop in any questions in the comments and let me know any support or resources you might need. Architect Anna

@Llinos Owen That’s so nice of you to say. It takes a lot of questioning and courage to push through it all. I’m excited though! How are your business plans going?

@Llinos Owen Amazing!!! Good for you!!
Nail the next 30 days before wrapping up the year
Hello! I hope you had a wonderful week! It's nearly the weekend and it's nearly the end of 2025 😮 So to help you achieve your 2025 ambitions with the time we have left this year, I've created 2 prompts to guide you through the process. One is a more gentle strategic planning prompt for the next 30 days and the other is ruthless; pick your poison. The prompt exercise itself will take 20-30 minutes. I would recommend dropping the prompt into ChatGPT or your chatbot of choice on your computer for ease, and then once it asks the first question, switch over to your phone and app version. This is so you can answer the questions by dictation, as you can speak more freely rather than typing. I feel that when dictating answers to a chatbot I am much more able to add in all the beautiful ramblings and context it needs to do a great job. (there should be a little microphone button next to the chat reply, press that and keep your responses under 2 minutes, or it might not transcribe, which can be annoying) Once it has gathered all your responses and you've had a conversation (or inquisition, if you choose the ruthless version) the chatbot will produce a guided timeline and helpful instructions for you to follow to achieve your goals over the next month. This next step will also take a bit of time. It will take about 10 minutes to read through carefully and then about 10-20 minutes to make notes, add things to your calendar, and coordinate your execution plan. In total, this exercise may take up to an hour, but if you want clarity and control over the next month, it would be an hour well spent. Good luck! And as always, any questions or support you need, please comment below, I'm more than happy to help! Architect Anna
