Hello everyone thought I would drop in and say that I did push-ups from kitchen counter and cossack squats along with pike pushup that was elevated, took me about 3 - 5 minutes which is better than nothing.
Question
Got to thinking would you guys recommend a resting squat and doing hanging every day. What are your thoughts?
