Business Model Assignment
My biggest takeaway is that 0.0000122 is 1,000 people. That puts it in perspective. My biggest concern/challenge is creating the content that will attract those people. I'm up for it, but I believe that may be the biggest hurdle.

Seth, I appreciate your feedback. It makes sense. Thank you!
I asked for feedback, but did not expect this...
I asked a friend for feedback on our mini-course. He didn’t flinch. He served it straight—no sugar, no fluff. It stung. Not enough to knock me down… but enough to make my pride squirm. I had two choices in that moment: Defend myself…Or lean in. I took a deep breath, killed my ego, and said, “Thank you.” Because this is how you know someone is a true friend—they speak the truth in love, without fear. They care more about your growth than your comfort. And they know you’ll receive it with an open heart. Now let me ask you something: Who’s that person for you? Most men never have this in their life. And it shows—in their business, in their family, in their faith. This is why I built Craftsmen.A community where we sharpen each other without taking it personally.Where we ditch the fake smiles and give each other the gift of truth. "Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but deceitful are the kisses of an enemy." (Proverbs 27:6) This is exactly why we built Craftsmen. Not another cheerleader community. Not another echo chamber where everyone high-fives mediocrity. A brotherhood where we can look each other in the eye and say, "Brother, you can do better than this. Here's how." Where feedback isn't sugarcoated—it's served with love and the fierce intention to help you build something that actually matters. If you're tired of surface-level connections and ready for a smaller, deeper, battle-tested group of men helping each other build their course businesses—while being guided by professionals—apply here.

Introduce yourself :)
Welcome to the community! 👋 🎉 I promise you that I’ll teach you how to turn your expertise into a course and sell it for a lot of money while helping people. But first... please, introduce yourself :)

Thanks for having me. I'm Shamil Franklin. New Jersey born, but I live in North Carolina. I love this place. I'm here to learn how to take the information in my head and curate it into a course for individuals within my community, helping barbers who truly struggle with weight loss, finally find their way.
Round of applause to Ryan and Shamill 💪🏼
Brothers! Please welcome our two newest members, @Ryan Kelly and @Shamill Franklin 👏🏼 Honored to have you here!

What tools are you using to find great YouTube titles?
We've scraped the universe for this and hands down, Claude stands at the top. 👉🏼 What tools have you tried? Here's what I told Claude for my new upcoming YT video title: "I want you to find the top-ranking youtube videos that address success, business, life improvement, self improvement, fitness, and similar topics. "And then I want you to analyze their titles and use this as a reference point to come up with title ideas for my YouTube video: 'If your life is getting no results…watch this.' I need really good title ideas but use these other youtube titles as ideas and give me at least 50 different title ideas." Here's what it spit out for me: 50+ YouTube Title Ideas: "If Your Life Is Getting No Results... Watch This" Analysis of Top-Performing Video Title Patterns: Based on research of viral success/self-improvement YouTube videos, successful titles use: - Emotional Hooks: Words like "brutal truth," "shocking," "nobody tells you" - Urgency: "Now," "today," "before it's too late" - Transformation Promises: "Change your life," "from broke to millionaire" - Problem-Solution Format: Addressing pain points directly - Direct Address: "You," "your life," "if you're" - Curiosity Gaps: "The one thing," "secret," "what they don't want you to know" 50+ Alternative Title Ideas: Direct Problem-Solution Format (10 titles) 1. "If Your Life Feels Stuck... This Will Change Everything" 2. "Why Your Life Isn't Working (And How to Fix It)" 3. "If Nothing Is Working for You... Watch This Now" 4. "Your Life Has No Progress? When I read the headline, my first thought was ChatGPT. Now, after seeing this, I have to give Claude a shot.
