I asked for feedback, but did not expect this...
I asked a friend for feedback on our mini-course.
He didn’t flinch.
He served it straight—no sugar, no fluff.
It stung. Not enough to knock me down… but enough to make my pride squirm.
I had two choices in that moment: Defend myself…Or lean in.
I took a deep breath, killed my ego, and said, “Thank you.”
Because this is how you know someone is a true friend—they speak the truth in love, without fear.
They care more about your growth than your comfort. And they know you’ll receive it with an open heart.
Now let me ask you something: Who’s that person for you?
Most men never have this in their life.
And it shows—in their business, in their family, in their faith.
This is why I built Craftsmen.A community where we sharpen each other without taking it personally.Where we ditch the fake smiles and give each other the gift of truth.
"Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but deceitful are the kisses of an enemy." (Proverbs 27:6)
This is exactly why we built Craftsmen.
Not another cheerleader community. Not another echo chamber where everyone high-fives mediocrity.
A brotherhood where we can look each other in the eye and say, "Brother, you can do better than this. Here's how."
Where feedback isn't sugarcoated—it's served with love and the fierce intention to help you build something that actually matters.
