My biggest win was seeing my progress report, knowing where I start from and where I’m at now. I am fully aware that it will take time but I know I will eventually get there, one step at a time. The food noise is something I still struggle with however I try my best to stay on track with staying hydrated, exercise and making healthy food choices.

My biggest win for the week was staying hydrated and exercise. I’m still trying to get use to the new food recipes. I know it will take time to adjust.
