Hello everyone! My name is Dalia and I’m happy to be part of this community. I have over 15 years of experience in customer service and several years working remotely, and I’m currently very interested in learning the trucking and freight dispatching industry from the ground up. I live in south Florida. I plan on making big money with truck dispatching. My goal is to really understand the business from scratch — including learning the trucking lingo, how dispatchers communicate effectively with drivers, and how to plan and map routes that make sense for drivers on the road. I’d love to learn the best ways to help drivers find safe places to sleep, eat, fuel up, or park if needed during their trips. I’m here to learn, ask questions, and connect with people who already have experience in this industry.
