heyy everyone, soo i am new here, just finished the rules video, and wondering, to level up, you need engagement, but what is the best way?? do they all gove similar points or does posting give much more or smth? i wanna level up, but i also don't wanna get banned by interacting w every post and posting 10 times a day, and how do y'all level up? does it take a long time or is it more casual??

I learned a lot already watching the video The Basics. I’m not in the trucking industry and besides dispatcher, didn’t know who was who. Glad the terminology kicked in immediately - it was one of the things I wanted to learn from this. Anybody else brand new to the trucking industry? I believe in multiple sources of income and now I finally have time to break into it. What’s the main reason you decided to learn about being a dispatcher?
