Hey girls I made my baby boys 2nd Birthday Cake this weekend, just looking for general feedback as this is my 3rd tiered cake I’ve done. I struggled with stacking it, i used two pieces of non stick paper to put on the top tier but it left terrible marks on the cake although it had been chilled well over night into the afternoon! (Had to cover it up) Is there a way I can avoid this for future reference Thanks in advance

Hey all, mentioned on our group hang I was making black ganache for a wedding. Turned out great, I did dark chocolate equal parts to double cream. Let it set. Soften back down in the microwave and added Sugarflair Extra Black.
