Observation in Clinics for AI Voice
Just spent 2 hours engaging with clinic owners on LinkedIn. Here's what I'm seeing: The gap between clinical excellence and patient reach is massive. Brilliant practitioners with 10+ years of experience are struggling with the operational side while their calendars have gaps. Three patterns keep showing up: 1. Premium clinics with beautiful websites losing 80% of calls to competitors who just rank higher on Google Maps 2. Technology that technically works but creates daily friction because it does not match how the clinic actually operates 3. Owners competing on price instead of outcomes, which erodes margins and authority The solution is not more marketing. It is operational excellence that lets quality practitioners focus on what they do best. When you never miss a call, follow up consistently, and remove booking friction, you stop competing on price and start competing on experience. 2026 is about depth over noise. Quality plus visibility working together. What operational gaps are you seeing in your market?

Most Builders Hit This Wall With AI Voice Agents, They Just Don’t Say It
At some point, almost everyone building AI voice agents runs into the same moment. You understand what’s possible. You've seen demos. You’ve connected tools. But when it comes to turning all of that into a reliable, real-world system, things suddenly feel harder than expected. For some, it’s getting the agent to sound natural. For others, it’s handling edge cases, failures, or handoffs. And for many, it’s knowing when something is “good enough” to actually deploy. That wall doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. It means you’ve moved past curiosity and into real building. This community exists for that exact phase, where questions get more practical and learning gets more honest. So let’s talk openly: If you’re just getting started, what’s the one thing about AI voice agents that feels most confusing right now? If you’ve been building for a while, what’s the hardest lesson you learned the hard way? And for everyone here: What’s the biggest gap between what you know AI voice agents can do and what you’ve actually built so far? Share it in the comments. Someone else here is probably staring at the same wall, and one honest answer could help them move past it.

Everyone building AI voice agents hits a wall. You see the potential, but making it reliable in the real world is harder than expected. That’s normal—it means you’re actually building. What’s your biggest blocker right now?
