need some help with ai receptionist

I need help with my ai receptionist, my problem is that receptionist does not pronounce the hours correctly and does not know how to write down the phone number, no matter how many times it is exactly repeated. I'm looking for help especially from people from Poland because my receptionist is in Polish language. I also know that it may be due to the ElevenLabs voice, people somehow doing it in my country and I have no idea how.

@Bartek Wójtowicz Have you tried switching the voice model in ElevenLabs or maybe adjusting your prompt to spell out times like "godzina czternasta" instead of using digits? Also, for phone numbers, I've found it helps to format them with spaces in the prompt itself (like 123 456 789 instead of 123456789) so the AI knows to pause between digit groups

I think the people who do well are the ones who keep learning and aren't afraid to adapt when things change. I'd say focus less on "taking advantage" and more on just building skills that'll be useful no matter what happens.🔥

Using retell's voice agent on a website

Hey, I’ve built a Voice AI agent using Retell AI and connected it to a number. It works great over the phone. I’d like to let users try it directly in their browser without needing to call. Does anyone know the best way to deploy the agent this way? Any tips or examples would be super helpful. Thanks!

@Farhan Awaan thanks for being here! I think Retell has a Web SDK you can use to embed the agent directly on your site, honestly that's probably the easiest route. You'd basically just add their widget and connect it to the same agent you're using for calls. I've seen a few people do this and it works pretty well,
