Hey and Happy New Year everyone! My name is Shahan (pronounced /'shy-ann'/). 1. Working on passing the ServiceNow CAD exam. 2. One career goal I’m actively focused on is building strong technical and consulting foundations in ServiceNow so I can create scalable, real-world impact as I grow in my career. 3.
