Hey hey! So I need some input- I will be hosting several Coffee Hour calls a month. ☕️ ☎️ Eventually there may be a set amount but for now I’m just going with it and what comes to me. I’m wondering when is the best time for everyone??? Right now they are kind of random due to schedule - also me trying to do different times and days to see what works best for everyone - so tell ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Would you rather a set day and time or random so they help and work for everyone? Gratitude is on one of the highest vibrational field - when you feel, express, radiate gratitude you are on a new frequency! Every single morning when my alarm goes off I play the “ I am so happy & grateful for…” game I lay in bed close my eyes and list anything I can think of and why - I always start with myself then … - air to breathe - Clean drinking water - The amount in my bank account - The ability to take a hot shower - A safe neighborhood - A loving and loyal clientele - I always end with how grateful I am that my growth gets to be easy & fun! This is such a small practice but when you are in the space of gratitude- you allow your mind to see the food to see the wonder and start attracting more of it!!
