I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting lately, and I realized something… Somewhere along the way, I let this space become known as “the place with free haircut classes.” And while I absolutely love teaching cutting (and don’t worry… that’s not going anywhere), it isn’t actually what I created this community for. The Connection Network was always meant to be exactly what its name says… A place for connection. A place where stylists can ask questions, celebrate wins, have honest conversations, find support, and remember that none of us have to figure this industry out alone. Because here’s what I’ve learned after 19 years behind the chair… Your growth doesn’t happen from one haircut class. It happens when skill, connection, strategy, and mindset all come together. That’s what I want this community to represent. So here’s what you can expect moving forward: ✨ More conversations. ✨ More community. ✨ More opportunities to connect with other stylists. ✨ Monthly live calls with Candice and me where we can coach, answer questions, and grow together. (Check the classroom for the most recently recorded zoom we did where we talk about where our monthly calls are moving to) Will there still be free education? Absolutely. You’ll still find free resources and classes inside the Network, because I love giving back to this industry. But if you’re looking to dive deeper into cutting education, that’s where my individual classes and programs come in. They’ll allow me to teach at a higher level while keeping this community focused on what I believe matters most… Connection. Because the truth is… The best education in the world doesn’t change your career if you never have a place to implement it, ask questions, be encouraged, and continue growing. That’s what I hope this becomes for every stylist who joins. A place to belong. A place to grow. A place to build confidence alongside other artists who simply get it. Welcome back to the roots of The Connection Network. I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. 🤍
