Today, I made the decision to let go of one of my virtual assistants due to her failure to meet the required hours. She was expected to be available for calls for eight hours each day, but upon reviewing the system and key performance indicators (KPIs), I discovered she was only accessible for 3.5 hours. When I addressed this with her, she offered excuses instead of taking responsibility. Additionally, she turned off the screenshot feature last Friday, which prompted me to scrutinize her performance more closely. Although this VA brought in two deals during her time with me, trust is paramount, and I cannot continue with someone I can’t rely on.
