Brand is an association between something they know and like, and your business (which they don’t know yet). Over time the positive association transfers. Three drivers: 1. What you say/show (advertising/content), 2. What other people say, 3. What customers experience (strongest). Referrals risk relational capital; treat referred customers extremely well. Brand and product are inseparable because experience drives what people say. Brand is measurable: it lets you charge above the commodity price. Branding can have ROAS; it just measures over a longer time horizon. Direct response is like a paycheck; brand is like long-term investing—slow at first, then compounding. Warm-up sequences, lead magnets, and challenges approximate the brand by compressing time and building trust. DO NOT MISS TOMORROWS CALL!
