I am working on routine and body. I have about 50 lbs to lose and need to change my diet so I can reverse health diagnoses with the goal of getting off medications.

I haven't used the cocoa version but I have used PB powder with protein powder to make shakes.
I NEED YOUR HELP..
I'm doing some behind the scenes things okay? okay but I need as many people as I can to respond to this. Think deep and hard and please give me good feedback. Answer these three questions for me. 1. What's the biggest obstacle that stops you from starting or sticking with a new routine, even when you know it will be good for you?? 2. If you could wave a magic wand and instantly achieve ONE of your health goals, what would it be, and why haven't you achieved it yet?? 3. 1. Schedule and finances. Also, husband (can explain more if you want in personal message). 2. Reverse all recent health diagnoses and get off medications - overall be healthy! 3. Energy, feel better instead of feeling fatigued, bloated, and general blah feeling, and healthy weight.
