Hi, I’m Sebastian Carl Razon, a freelance private chef based in the Philippines with hands-on experience in high-end and private dining. I previously served as a private yacht chef for Ms. Universe Shamcey Supsup, delivering personalized, luxury dining experiences. I also managed and led menu R&D for OnlyPans Taqueria, a Mexican restaurant in the Philippines, where I developed and refined most of the menu.
