Red Hot Chili Pepper drummer feeling the music…
I know we are a group of gentle guitar instrumentalists, but you have to love how Chad Smith “feels” the music at will. Any RHCP fans feeling this? .https://www.instagram.com/reel/DQIEMzpEqwy/?igsh=d2N5bmZwYXJ3NTE3

Carol of the Bells for fun
A little more creative experimentation. Don't laugh. Just trying to have a little fun and get into the spirit for the holidays. Anyone else going to try any festive tunes?

@Joe Cabrera there's a lot of truth to what you say. mainly experimentation is the best way to learn. if you learn how to be open for your creative impulses, needs, cravings, you'll learn a million times faster bc it's such a strong driver to just jump into something new you feel very much at the moment even if you have no idea how it'll turn out bc its new, I find. so great, you're putting your self out there! and then second, blending in the music how you feel is beautiful. music can be so healing, but only you let yourself open up to what you're feeling, not trying to force what comes out into a different emotion. and third, I love seeing your development into more creative, complexer in a way arrangements and sound combinations. if you were looking for feedback, i'd say don't worry too much about the sound and finetuning that just yet, but rather focus on timing / or how you can edit the different layers in post so they fit into one another. even though I'm a bit fan of experimentation like this, I'd suggest the following challenge for you for your next track. make each layer so simple that you can stay on time. that might mean practicing certain layers a few times before recording. and you're only allowed to progress to the next layer, once you managed to play it, lets say 95% on time. bc I think the rest you could also fix in post. but for this little challenge the closer you get to playing each recording on time that more you'll learn from it, I think. I have no idea if that's something you're willing to try or not, but I think it could help you progress swiftly :) keep it up my friend 🦦
making-of my ep "willow trees"
man I'm both excited and nervous to share this with all of you 🥲 storing the process of this ep in such a way has been incredibly fun, but also emotional and a bit challenging bc it's a new level of opening up for me. so I hope you guys enjoy it and find some inspiration in it 🫶🏼🦦

@Freddie Webber aw man this makes my heart sing. at the end of the day that's what we all crave isn't it? connection and finding people who feel you and understand you. so hearing that means a lot to me and makes me very happy and seen. 🫶🏼 as is already wrote Joe, I'm so behind on checking the community that I have no idea where you're at with your with the paws project. I'll go and check if you've posted something new. hope you're processing well! 🦦
December Releases
Hi friends, today is an incredible day... because it's Release-Friday again :) Here's my new song: https://open.spotify.com/intl-de/track/5Lv32IMBTH1uxqETd7xIhK I also recorded this live at home with my loop pedal. I think this version was my 72th try haha.. so it challenged me a bit more than I was suspecting at the beginning tbh;) But now it's there! May it bring you a little light and warmth as well as positive thoughts and memories 🌝 Thank you already for a pleasant 2025! Thankful for what has happened so far and curious about what is yet to come :) Let's keep creating and supporting each other! Happy to be here. Best Sebastian
