Canadian Wholesalers
Can we get a bit of love for Canadian wholesalers? Who's out there in Canada that is also wholesaling in Canada? I have seen many that are working virtually into the USA but not so many wholesaling in Canada. Happy to help in any way I can as I wholesale across a few provinces :)

@Carl Van Sluytman just don't wholesale there...even still, it's doable. Did one in Scarborough. Have one under contract in St Cats, just sold one in Mississauga, my partner just firmed up on one in Winnipeg, have some closing in Edmonton. It's definitely possible

I messed up!!
My numbers were wrong! Im not sure if im going to be able to move these 2 contracts. I thought 1 would be a good rental, turn key, pool, spa, all new appliances. The other is a cute cottage style needs outside repaint, redo front and back deck, both are small decks. I just found 7 cash buyers who recently purchased in Mobile, I'm going to call them!! THE UPS AND DOWNS OF wholesaling.

Make sure to stay calm. You can always be transparent with the seller and share that due to xyz reason our numbers need to adjust
