Bulking
I've been bulk for a couple months and I see a massive difference, but I don't know if I should continue or start cutting. I went from 140 to 155.

Bulking is a bodybuilding method where you eat more calories than you burn and lift weights to gain muscle. Pros: * Helps you build muscle and strength faster. Cons: * You'll likely gain some fat along with the muscle. * "Dirty bulking" (eating lots of junk food) can be unhealthy. To do it safely, eat a modest calorie surplus from healthy foods and focus on consistent, intense weight training. I think you should go on and off do one month without barking then the next month of bulking and keep going
Help
Hi everyone, does anyone know how to lose fat on my face or how to bloat my face ? I try every day go hopping in the shower and putting the cold water and rinsing my face, but it doesn’t help much. I’ve tried so many different techniques to make my face look better and less fatter please let me know what I could do.
