@Coach Ramblin Creating the small habits first. I didn't know how to lift. I didn't know hot to exercise. I feel like majority of truckers are so deep into a hole that some of the routines are overwhelming for them. What helped me was: Walking almost all the time when I wasn't driving. I would eat and walk around the truck stop. I would add some weights to it later on like a vest or a 20lbs kettlebell. Getting into a habit of prioritizing getting healthier. Diet was important. Exercise alone wont move you toward better heath if you eat truck stop garbage. Cut sugar out and eat protein, fruits and veggies. It will be hard in the beginning because your body is addicted to sugar but after a month you won't want to poison yourself anymore. I suggest doing 2 or 3 levels of what you are doing as far as guidance. 1 - beginner 2 - Intermediate 3- Advance. Create content for all 3 types of truckers out there and don't forget the diet part. You can work out all you want but if you have a bad diet you won't get anywhere.
