Resistance Band Concentration Curl (Bar + Footplate) 1๏ธโƒฃ Step one foot firmly onto the footplate 2๏ธโƒฃ Attach resistance band to the bar 3๏ธโƒฃ Sit or hinge forward slightly 4๏ธโƒฃ Brace elbow against inner thigh 5๏ธโƒฃ Curl the bar up slowly 6๏ธโƒฃ Squeeze the bicep at the top 7๏ธโƒฃ Lower under control (3โ€“4 sec) โ€ข Keep shoulder still โ€ข Elbow stays pinned โ€ข Curl โ†’ squeeze โ†’ control โ€ข 10โ€“12 reps per arm
