Resistance Band Concentration Curl (Bar + Footplate) 1๏ธโฃ Step one foot firmly onto the footplate 2๏ธโฃ Attach resistance band to the bar 3๏ธโฃ Sit or hinge forward slightly 4๏ธโฃ Brace elbow against inner thigh 5๏ธโฃ Curl the bar up slowly 6๏ธโฃ Squeeze the bicep at the top 7๏ธโฃ Lower under control (3โ4 sec) โข Keep shoulder still โข Elbow stays pinned โข Curl โ squeeze โ control โข 10โ12 reps per arm
