I usually follow the same routine each night, which is posted in the recovery classroom. However tonight I had a strong emphasis on some shoulder and back work tonight to help my stiffness During the mobility I was just going over in my head how and what videos I’m going to be posting and filming tomorrow to post here. And also the Pathway classroom and how I’m currently attacking it and building it. Looking for a small release by April 15th. In there is going to be templates, designs, examples of highlight videos, how to reach out. And so much more. We’ve gotten a few new members as well and it just makes me happy that others are joining and believing in the program. So much more to come, have a great night! Owen

About 320 calories for both, cost me $5. Have quite a slammed day today and was wanting something quick, easy, and light on my stomach since I have training tonight. This isn’t a meal replacement, this a filling snack, kill your cravings, and keeps you going. Pineapple also hydrates you and gives you natural sugars and salts. Which for my athletes is crucial on busy days in between sessions. Fruit and some type of smoothie will always be my undeniable go to, that’s cheap and filling. it’s all about making better choices. Don’t talk about it, be about it.

how can 40 year olds get in shape if we hate to workout

It’s not glamourous. But it’s simple, quick, and filling. Below we have a cup of chicken potato soup Homemade Beef and macaroni (leftovers from last night) With a cherry Coke Zero and my water bottle Then homemade banana oatmeal peanut butter cookies I’ll eat all of this and drink everything on my way to class. Nothing is tracked or weighed out. But it’s better than eating fast food, you know what’s going into your body. It’s easy, cheap, and quicker than any restaurant. Try packing your foods or prepping a night in advance. Saves me hours and dollars of my life. One step at a time Don’t talk about it, be about it. Owen
