Is there any Facebook ads + creatives tutorials in the paid version? Thinking about upgrading, got a media buyer and creative guy who’s getting trained in who would benefit hella, thanks yall!

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'm also just starting out so I don't have my first client yet. My niche is real estate/roofing. I'm doing Facebook ads basically but I don't know what the offer should be on the ads to get leads for roofing clients. Do you guys have any advice for running Facebook Ads for lead gen for roofing clients?? (Please help I'm feeling very lost..)
