Hey Inspired Well-Being fam, Do I want this or do I need this? This is one of my most used refrains. I use it when it comes to eating and spending money. In this case, we are talking money, which is consistently reported as one of the highest stressors. Money also one of the biggest sources of anxiety. Stress + anxiety = nervous system overload. And when your nervous system is overloaded you’re more prone to illness, sleep issues, digestive issues and so on. This month, we’re going to address spending and money confidence, not by trying to "fix it all" but by building awareness and confidence. 📣 March’s Challenge: Do one small money-related action every day to improve your financial well-being. this month is all about building a better relationship with your money, one step at a time. ✅ Daily Task Ideas: - Write down every purchase you make today - Unsubscribe from marketing emails that trigger impulse buys - Look at one recurring expense; do you still need it? - Check your bank balance without judgment - Start or update a basic budget - Put $5–$20 into savings (if you do this everyday you’re looking at $155-$620 of savings) - Journal: What money story did you grow up with? - Listen to a podcast or watch a YouTube: If you need recommendations we’ll list them in the comments - Reflect: What feels good to spend money on? ✨ Why this matters: - Lowers stress + improves mental clarity - Empowers you to use money intentionally - Shifts spending from automatic → conscious - Builds a sense of financial security, no matter your income - Supports nervous system regulation and peace of mind Where you spend your money is where you give power, so make those choices reflect what matters most to you. 💚 Your Inspired Well-Being Team
